Right of withdrawal — 14 days

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason (European Directive 2011/83/EU).

This right does not apply to video games whose seal has been broken after delivery.

Return procedure

1. Contact us via the contact form with your order number.
2. Return the product in the same condition as received (no additional damage) — at our expense if the product is defective, or at your expense otherwise.
3. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, including initial delivery costs, to the original payment method.

Defective product

If a product is defective or does not match the order, we cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange.
